Dr. Kapur is a distinguished alumnus of the Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, where he obtained both his M.B.B.S. and M.S. in Ophthalmology. His illustrious career includes a three-year senior residency at the renowned Guru Nanak Eye Centre in Delhi, during which he gained in-depth expertise in several domains of ophthalmology.
Recognized for his proficient skills, Dr. Kapur has acquired substantial experience in performing surgeries like Phacoemulsification for cataract, along with the medical and surgical management of Glaucoma and Oculoplasty. He further honed his proficiency in Phacoemulsification at I Care, Noida in 2001.
For the past 19 years, Dr. Kapur has been in private practice, collaborating with prestigious hospitals and nursing homes in South Delhi, including Apollo Hospital, Fortis Vasant Kunj, and Rockland Hospital. He has also lent his talents to the Glaucoma, Eye Bank/Keratoplasty, and Oculoplasty clinics at Guru Nanak Eye Centre.
Dr. Kapur's commitment to his field is evident in his active participation in several professional associations. He is a member of the Delhi Ophthalmological Society, All India Ophthalmological Society, Delhi Medical Association, and the Indian Medical Association. He also served as Secretary of the Guru Nanak Eye Centre Alumni Association from 2010 to 2012.
